From 31.10. to 4.11.2016 Facility Management department is organising its first joint Waste Disposal Week on ETH Zurich¡¯s Zentrum and H?nggerberg campuses. All staff at ETH Zurich are invited to take part. Our experts will be happy to tell you more.

On October 3, the customer satisfaction survey was sent out by e-mail to all employees and students of ETH Zurich. A link will take participants directly to the online questionnaire, which will only take around 6-8 minutes to complete. Respondents will have four weeks to take part in the survey and their anonymity will be guaranteed.

The Executive Board of ETH Zurich has expressed a desire to see an intensive waste disposal campaign. Although the Facility Management department¡¯s waste disposal concept offers many advantages, there is also a need to improve the space situation at ETH Zurich ¨C more specifically, to free up space by clearing out and getting rid of waste. The Facility Management department has overall responsibility for utilities and building management for all buildings and facilities used by ETH Zurich. It carries out these activities using its own resources or by calling on external service providers.
